1. Digital Nature of Products All products sold on are digital audio assets and intangible licenses. Due to the nature of digital delivery, once a purchase is completed and the download link is provided, the product is considered "opened" and consumed.

2. No-Refund Policy All sales of MbathaBeats™ audio assets and licenses are final and non-refundable. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason once the digital fulfillment process has begun.

3. Technical Issues & Corrupt Files If you encounter a technical issue with your download (e.g., a corrupted .zip file or a broken link), please contact Njabulo Mbatha at [Your Email] within 7 days of purchase. We will verify your transaction and provide a functional replacement of the specific asset and license tier purchased.

4. Licensing Errors If you accidentally purchased a Tier 1 license but intended to purchase a Tier 2 or Tier 3 (SoundMatrix™) license, please contact us immediately. We can facilitate a "License Upgrade" by applying your initial payment toward the higher tier.

5. Proof of Purchase As stated in our License Agreements, your official store receipt is your primary proof of authorization. Please retain this receipt, as we cannot verify or support licensing claims without a valid transaction record.
